C’Quan was born and raised in the Virgin Islands and, in addition to driving Taco Taxi, is an experienced boat captain who knows every hidden cove and secret snorkel spot throughout the USVI and BVI. With a lifetime of experience navigating these turquoise waters, he blends expert seamanship with a deep knowledge of local history and marine life. His easygoing personality and calm presence ensure a relaxed, stress-free day on the water for every guest.
Born and raised in St. Thomas, Jesse is passionate about life on the water and loves sharing the same kinds of experiences he grew up enjoying.
Cy is a U.S. Virgin Islander and lifelong mariner, born into a family of passionate sailors. That heritage led Cy to compete in two Olympic Games before returning home to turn his love of the ocean into successful local businesses. He is the proud owner of Taco Taxi and Fun Hog Charters - a successful powerboat charter company - where his mission is to showcase the Virgin Islands as one of the greatest water playgrounds.
